Montessori 3-6 Year Classroom Assistant
We are situated on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in Narraweena. We are a small community-based Preschool for thirty 3- 6-year-old children.
We are looking for a casual classroom assistant to work when required on call. Work hours could be any week day Monday through to Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm. He or She must have experience working in an environment with Preschool children and must LOVE children!
Our successful candidate will be:
- Reliable
- Love working with preschool children
- A positive attitude; respond well to feedback
- Able to ‘think outside the box’
- Willing to learn and be guided
- Flexible within the role
- Preferred to live locally
Required Qualifications:
- Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Visa
- Cleared Working with Children Check
- Current references
Preferred Qualifications:
- Montessori Philosophy knowledge and interest
